Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Assist in planning, writing, and designing engaging graphics, captions, and short-form video concepts (Reels, Shorts, TikTok/stories) aligned with our brand voice.
Community Engagement: Monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions; actively engage with our online community to foster connection and growth.
Scheduling & Publishing: Help maintain the social media content calendar using scheduling tools to ensure consistent posting across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.).
Trend Research: Keep an eye on emerging social media trends, viral sounds, memes, and competitor activities to brainstorm fresh ideas for the brand.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and compile basic weekly or monthly performance summaries.





Requirements & Qualifications
Education/Background: Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Basic familiarity with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite).
An intuitive understanding of major social media algorithms and best practices.
Attributes: Creative mindset, high attention to detail, proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a quick-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
