Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities to achieve business objectives.
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency across departments.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operational excellence.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management review.
Collaborate with finance, HR, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
Identify process improvement prospects and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and safety standards.
Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Liaise with external vendors, clients, and stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
