We are looking for a pleasant and customer-focused Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations efficiently, and ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan
Handle guest inquiries, waiting lists, and special requests
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and service
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/host desk area
Assist in managing guest flow during peak hours
Address guest concerns politely and escalate when required

Requirements:
3-Year Degree or Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable personality with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of customer service etiquette
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Prior experience in hospitality is an advantage,



but not mandatory
