About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a preference for candidates experienced in IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer rollout, and follow-ups until joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
Handle hiring for IT and non-IT roles, including Developers, QA, DevOps, AI/ML, React.js, Node.js, UI/UX, Project Managers, and other business requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates’ experience, communication skills, and suitability for the role.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and hiring MIS reports.
Monitor recruitment TAT, interview progress, offer acceptance, and joining ratios to ensure timely closure of positions.
Build talent pipelines for current and upcoming hiring requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment; IT recruitment experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
