Job Overview

BILOXX is looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented Business Development Associates to join our growing team in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in sales and business development.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant sales or business development experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and convert potential sales leads into customers.
Connect with prospective customers to understand their needs and requirements.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Follow up with leads through calls, messages,



and other communication channels.
Present relevant products or services to prospective customers.
Negotiate with prospects and support the closure of sales deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria
Age: 21–25 years.
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
Robust persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment.
Must have a personal laptop.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
