Job Responsibilities
Visit customers at their registered addresses for loan EMI and overdue payment collections.
Follow up with customers regarding pending loan payments and outstanding dues.
Collect payments as per company and client guidelines.
Maintain regular customer visits and achieve assigned collection targets.
Update daily collection reports and submit field visit details to the reporting manager.
Maintain skilled communication with customers and handle queries politely.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking collection guidelines.
