About the Role
- We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing budgets, tracking performance, and delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Ability to develop and execute brand awareness and engagement campaigns.
• Develop media plans and strategies aligned with client/business objectives.
• Manage lead generation campaigns to drive quality leads and achieve target CPL.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present campaign results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and client servicing teams to ensure campaign success.
• Track budgets, bids, and media spends to maximize Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing,



Digital Marketing, or Paid Media.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven ability to execute and optimize lead generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred
