• Manpower cost control by improving productivity on the production line.
• Cost reduction through scrap, consumables, and manpower optimization.
• Departmental budget planning, monitoring, and cost control.
• SPR improvement above 90%.
• Defect data analysis and implementation of effective countermeasures.
• Market complaint analysis, resolution, and continuous monitoring.
• Leading the Assembly Manufacturing team to achieve PQCDSM targets.
• Ensuring timely delivery of products as per the production plan.
• Coordinating with internal/external departments and vendors for continuous improvements.
• Establishing and implementing new products for mass production.
• Adhering to training schedules for workers and staff.




• Managing manpower on a daily basis and resolving conflicts and disagreements.
• Engaging team members and reviewing the work and performance of subordinates.
• Conducting gap analysis for production losses, quality losses, and breakdowns.
• Ensuring synchronization of parts for different vehicle models.
