We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting, valuable numerical skills, and a willingness to learn. The candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting, billing, data entry, reconciliations and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day accounting and financial entries.
Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
Assist in maintaining customer and vendor ledgers.
Perform basic bank and ledger reconciliations.
Enter and verify accounting data accurately in the ERP/accounting system.
Assist in maintaining records of payments, receipts, expenses and invoices.
Support the accounts team in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Check invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
Assist with GST-related documentation and routine accounts work.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts records.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing, invoices and payment-related queries.
Assist senior members of the accounts team with month-end activities and other accounting requirements.

Mandatory Skills




Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
Comfortable working with numbers and large amounts of data.
Basic knowledge of Tally / SAP / any ERP or accounting software will be an advantage.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance / equivalent qualification.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of GST and basic taxation concepts.
Familiarity with Tally or ERP systems.
Basic Excel functions such as SUM, SUMIF/SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters and sorting.
Prior internship or practical exposure in accounts will be an added advantage.
