Job Title: Dessert Café Chef / Kitchen Assistant

Location: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi

Salary: ₹12000-14000 (based on skills & experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in baking / dessert kitchen

About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and hardworking Dessert Café Chef / Kitchen Assistant to join our growing team. If you enjoy baking, working in a quick-paced café environment, and creating high-quality desserts, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation and baking processes
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all desserts
Manage inventory of ingredients and report low stock on time
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all food items
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen as per food safety standards
Support order management and basic POS (billing system) operations
Assist in packaging and dispatching orders efficiently




Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements
Minimum 6 months experience in baking or working in a dessert/bakery kitchen
Must know how to make waffles & pancakes
Basic knowledge of baking techniques
Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
