Job Summary

The Associate 3D Designer & Product Customisation Specialist will be responsible for designing, customising, and producing 3D-printed products and personalised gifts. The role involves understanding customer requirements, creating 3D models, preparing designs for printing, operating 3D printers, and ensuring the quality of finished products.

Key Responsibilities
Design customised gifts, personalised keychains, nameplates, miniatures, trophies, desk accessories, decorative items, and other creative products.




Create and modify 3D models using suitable CAD and 3D modelling software.
Convert customer ideas, sketches, names, logos, and reference images into practical product designs.
Develop personalised products for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate gifting, events, schools, and special occasions.
Prepare 3D models for printing using slicing software.
Operate 3D printers and monitor print quality and production progress.
Perform post-processing, finishing, assembly, and quality checks.
Create product previews and mock-ups for customer approval.
Develop new product ideas, collections, and customisation options.
Maintain design files, production records, and material inventory.
Coordinate with the team to complete orders within agreed timelines.
Support product photography, catalogue creation, and social media content when required.

Required Skills
Creativity and a strong interest in product design.
Basic knowledge of 3D modelling or CAD software.
Attention to detail and an eye for design and finishing.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
