About the Role
We are looking for a detail oriented Accounts Assistant to maintain our day-to-day books in Busy/Tally software. This is a data-entry and book-keeping role, not a full accountant's role.
Resposibilities
Enter daily purchase and sales transactions in Busy accurately and on time
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts
Keep vouchers, bills and invoices organised and matched with entries
Prepare easy reports and records in MS Excel when required
Flag missing bills or mismatched entries
Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports
Prepare quotations and invoices
Not part of this role: Audits, GST filings or tax returns
Requirements
Working knowledge of Busy/Tally accounting software
Proficiency in MS Excel
Prior experience in data entry or book keeping is preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
