Procure medicines, consumables items from approved vendors; raise purchase orders and verify goods received against invoices
Maintain inventory: stock checks, min-max levels, expiry tracking, FEFO/FIFO and timely reordering
Receive, store and maintain medicines under proper conditions, including cold chain items
Verify prescriptions and dispense medicines accurately to residents and nursing stations
Check dosage, interactions and allergies, and coordinate with doctors and nurses on any clarifications
Handle returns, expired and damaged stock and their disposal as per policy
Bill, reconcile and maintain pharmacy records, including daily stock and sales report
Support medication safety practices and report medication errors or adverse reactions.
Qualifications
B.Pharm or D.Pharm (a B.Pharm or Pharm.D is preferred)
Valid registration with the Tamil Nadu State Pharmacy Council
2+ years of experience in a hospital, senior care or retail pharmacy
Familiarity with pharmacy software and basic MS Excel

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
