Job Overview

IPCS Global is looking for a Telecaller to handle incoming calls, understand customer requirements, identify genuine leads, and coordinate qualified candidates with the concerned team.

Key Responsibilities
Attend incoming calls from students and customers.
Understand inquiries and provide basic course information.
Identify genuine and relevant leads.
Collect necessary details from interested candidates.
Encourage interested candidates to visit the office for a walk-in.
Forward qualified leads to the concerned team for follow-up.




Maintain basic call and lead records.
Communicate politely and professionally with callers.

Requirements
0–6 months of experience in Sales / Telecalling.
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Friendly and qualified telephone manner.
Basic customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
