Job Summary

The Visa Operations Executive – Trade Fair Segment will be responsible for end-to-end visa processing for exhibitors, business travelers, and corporate delegations participating in domestic and international trade fairs and exhibitions. The role requires in-depth knowledge of business and trade fair visa requirements, documentation, timelines, and coordination with embassies, VFS/BLS centers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Visa Processing & Documentation
Handle end-to-end visa processing for trade fair and business visas
Process visas for key destinations including Schengen, UAE, China, Japan, Korea, and other exhibition hubs
Prepare, review, and verify visa documentation as per embassy and consulate guidelines
Ensure accuracy and completeness of application forms and supporting documents

Trade Fair–Specific Coordination
Coordinate with exhibitors and corporate clients for invitation letters, exhibitor badges, and fair registrations
Align visa documentation with official trade fair requirements and timelines
Track multiple applicants for group and delegation visas

Embassy & Visa Center Liaison
Schedule visa appointments with VFS, BLS, TLS, or embassy channels
Coordinate submissions, biometrics,



interviews, and passport collection
Stay updated on changing visa rules, processing times, and documentation requirements

Client Communication & Support
Guide clients on visa requirements, timelines, and risk factors
Provide regular status updates and manage client expectations
Handle urgent, last-minute, and escalated visa cases professionally

Compliance & Reporting
Maintain visa trackers, MIS reports, and client records
Ensure compliance with embassy regulations and company SOPs
Support audit and documentation requirements

Key Skills & Competencies
Robust knowledge of trade fair, business, and corporate visa processes
Excellent attention to detail and document verification skills
Ability to manage high-volume visa applications during peak fair seasons
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
Explicit and qualified client communication skills

Documentation accuracy and rejection control
Client satisfaction and turnaround time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
