Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to assist the maintenance team in the day-to-day upkeep and smooth functioning of the hospital facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the maintenance team in routine maintenance and repair activities.
Attend to maintenance requests received from various departments.
Assist technicians during electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other maintenance works.
Carry and arrange maintenance tools, equipment, and materials as required.
Help in shifting and arranging furniture, equipment, and other items.
Report damaged fixtures, fittings, plumbing issues, electrical problems, and other maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
Assist in keeping maintenance areas, tools, and materials clean and organized.
Support preventive maintenance activities as instructed by the Maintenance In-charge.
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requirements within the hospital.
Follow hospital safety, cleanliness, and infection-control guidelines.




Maintain proper care of hospital property and equipment.
Perform other duties assigned by the Maintenance In-charge or management.

Qualification & Requirements
Qualification: 10th / Plus Two or equivalent.
Previous experience in maintenance, hospital, hotel, facility management, or a similar workplace will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of maintenance-related work is preferred.
Physically fit and able to perform routine support activities.
Should be punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹12,774.36 - ₹20,000.00 per month
