Job Description: Telecaller – Banking Collections (Outbound Calling)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for an Outbound Telecalling – Banking Collections process. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending loan EMIs, credit card dues, overdue payments, and payment reminders.

Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments, loan EMIs, and credit card dues.
Remind customers about overdue payments and follow up on payment commitments.
Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
Achieve daily calling targets and follow company guidelines.





Candidate Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with 1–3 years of experience are preferred.
Positive communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to communicate politely and handle customer conversations professionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
