About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Telecaller. No prior experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
Demonstrate and explain Ominiflow’s services and solutions to potential clients
Explain our products/services clearly and answer basic customer queries
Follow up with interested customers and leads
Maintain basic customer information and call records
Coordinate with the sales team
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements
Valuable communication skills
Basic knowledge of Hindi & English
Confident and polite while speaking with customers
Comfortable making phone calls
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
