Job Description
Manage the organization’s digital platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, websites, and other relevant online channels.
Upload, schedule, publish, and maintain videos, images, posts, and other digital content across platforms.
Handle video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, captions, playlists, metadata, and other content optimization activities.
Execute paid digital promotions through platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget monitoring, and performance optimization.
Plan and implement organic promotions to improve reach, engagement, followers, views, and overall digital presence.
Coordinate with content creators, designers, video editors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and publication of content.
Monitor platform performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, views, conversions, and campaign results.
Manage platform settings, access permissions, technical issues, publishing errors, and basic troubleshooting.
Ensure content is published according to the approved content calendar and organizational guidelines.




Stay updated on digital platform features, advertising policies, algorithms, trends, and emerging promotional techniques.
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve website, channel, tracking, and integration-related issues.

Skills Required
Hands-on experience managing YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Understanding of organic reach, paid campaigns, audience targeting, SEO, and content optimization.
Ability to upload and manage digital content independently.
Familiarity with platform analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
Basic technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of tracking tools such as Google Analytics.
Positive coordination, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
