Job Summary:

To manage the hospital's human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, training, labour-law compliance, and manpower planning, ensuring effective workforce management and smooth hospital operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Plan and manage recruitment and selection of employees.
Prepare job descriptions and job specifications.
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave details.
Coordinate payroll processing and salary-related activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Organise employee training and development programmes.
Conduct performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.




Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical department heads regarding staffing requirements.
Monitor manpower utilisation and control unnecessary HR costs.
Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and workplace safety requirements.
Coordinate with management to develop and implement HR policies.

Educational Qualification:

MBA in Human Resource Management / MSW HR / PGDM in HR or an equivalent qualification.

Experience:

3 years and above of experience in HR, preferably in the hospital or healthcare industry.
