Preferred Experience: Utility-scale solar EPC projects, including 50 MW+ projects

The DGM – Projects will be responsible for providing overall leadership and strategic direction for the company's solar EPC project execution function.
The key objectives of the DGM – Projects will include:
· Ensure timely completion and commissioning of solar EPC projects within approved budgets and contractual commitments.
· Establish and maintain robust project execution and governance systems.
· Drive project planning, monitoring and performance improvement across the project portfolio.
· Ensure effective utilization of manpower, equipment, supply chain planning.
· Improve project productivity, execution efficiency and overall project profitability.
· Ensure timely billing, certification, commercial closure and project handover.
· Develop and mentor a robust project management and execution team.
