Job Description:
We are looking for a Tandoor Commi 1 to prepare tandoori dishes, kebabs, naan, roti and other tandoor items while maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare tandoori dishes, kebabs and Indian breads.
Handle tandoor operations safely and efficiently.
Maintain food quality, taste and presentation.
Ensure proper mise en place and minimize food wastage.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
Follow instructions from senior chefs and support daily kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Experience in tandoor operations preferred.
Knowledge of Indian breads, kebabs and tandoori cooking.
Teamwork, discipline and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
