We are seeking a responsible, organised, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a doctor in managing clinical coordination, administrative responsibilities, and social welfare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage appointments, schedules, meetings, reminders, and travel arrangements.
Handle calls, emails, WhatsApp communication, correspondence, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with hospital staff, doctors, NGOs, government authorities, volunteers, sponsors, and community representatives.
Support the organisation of medical camps, health programmes, and community initiatives.
Prepare letters, reports, presentations, meeting notes, and other documentation.
Maintain records and ensure strict confidentiality of patient and skilled information.
Manage contact databases, basic social media updates, and event documentation.
Track assigned activities and ensure timely completion and follow-up.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline.




Positive written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, email, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools.
Robust organisational, coordination, time-management, and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Flexibility to attend events or programmes outside regular working hours when required.

Preferred Experience
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant.
Exposure to healthcare, hospital administration, NGOs, event coordination, or community outreach will be an advantage.
A valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally are preferred.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
