Job Overview:

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to 3D Printing solutions, simulation software, and engineering services, with a strong understanding of customer engagement and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
Promote and sell solutions related to 3D Printing, simulation, and engineering services
Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and suggest suitable solutions
Coordinate with technical and field sales teams for demos and closures
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and customer information
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals to drive conversions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets




Build and maintain robust customer relationships

Key Skills & Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales (B2B preferred)
Prior experience or knowledge in:
3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing
Simulation tools like Ansys
Engineering solutions / services (e.g., Intech ecosystem)
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Self-motivated and target-driven

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing
Experience in selling technical or industrial products/services
Exposure to manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or R&D; sectors
