Job Description – Captain
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports To: Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
Supervise the assigned section and guide service staff.
Take accurate orders and ensure timely food and beverage service.
Maintain menu knowledge and promote upselling to achieve sales targets.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and billing team for smooth operations.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when required.
Ensure accurate billing, minimize wastage, and maintain service equipment.
Follow restaurant SOPs, discipline, and operational standards.
Assist with events, staff training, and daily closing procedures.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
