Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, managing staff, and ensuring a clean, secure, and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across all assigned areas.
Monitor cleaning supplies, linen, equipment, and inventory.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Train staff and maintain discipline and performance standards.
Coordinate with other departments and resolve housekeeping-related issues.
Control departmental expenses and maintain records and reports.
Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.

Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
Relevant housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Valuable knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene, and inventory management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
