Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door and community outreach activities.
Mobilize and motivate eligible participants to enroll in training programs.
Counsel students and ensure their regular attendance and engagement.
Coordinate with local stakeholders (community leaders, schools, NGOs, etc.) to build participation.
Form batches as per session plans and achieve mobilization targets.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to connect with diverse community groups
Counseling and motivational abilities
Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
