Job Summary

Sukhmani Diagnocare is seeking a dedicated and experienced OT Technician with a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in an Operation Theatre. The candidate will assist doctors and surgical teams by preparing the OT, handling instruments, and maintaining sterility and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare the Operation Theatre before procedures
Maintain OT cleanliness, sterility, and infection control standards
Arrange, sterilize, and handle surgical instruments and equipment
Assist surgeons and doctors during procedures when required
Monitor OT inventory and inform about shortages or maintenance needs
Maintain OT records and documentation as per protocol
Ensure proper biomedical waste disposal
Follow hospital safety guidelines, SOPs, and discipline




Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, and support teams

Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience as an OT Technician
Diploma or Certificate in OT Technology or related field
Knowledge of OT procedures, sterilization methods, and aseptic techniques
Understanding of OT equipment and safety protocols
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from doctors and seniors
Responsible, disciplined, and patient‑focused approach

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
