Job Summary

Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecallers to connect with potential customers, explain the company's wellness services, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain the company's wellness services, packages, and offerings.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales or counseling team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Follow up with prospective customers to improve conversion rates.
Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Skills Required
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and CRM tools.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally.
Good listening skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Language: Hindi communication is essential; basic English is an advantage.
Other Requirements: Candidates should be confident, motivated, and comfortable making outbound calls.
