We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and service-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team as Guest Service Associates (GSA).
Job Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and designated public areas.
Ensure rooms are well-maintained and presented according to hotel standards.
Change bed linen and replenish towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation.
Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies responsibly.
Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
Respond courteously to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
Follow hotel housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines, and service standards.
Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A professional attitude and passion for hospitality.
