Job Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage daily business operations relating to defence and aerospace supplies.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers, freight forwarders and customers.

•⁠ ⁠Oversee purchase orders, imports, exports, logistics, customs clearance and delivery schedules.

•⁠ ⁠Follow up on inspection, documentation, invoicing, payments and contract execution.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with Indian Navy, Air Force, defence establishments and overseas manufacturers.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure timely execution of orders, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

•⁠ ⁠Report directly to senior management on order progress and operational matters.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Graduate or MBA in Operations,



Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline.

•⁠ ⁠Solid english communication, coordination, negotiation and leadership skills.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of import/export procedures, shipping documentation and MS Office.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in defence procurement, international logistics or engineering supplies preferred and will be advantage, not compulsory. Must be smart to handle day to day works
