Job Description:- Senior Project Manager

Location:- Kochi, Kerala
Qualification:- ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience:- 7–8 Years
Salary:- ₹45,000–₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:-
Plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other project staff.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per the schedule.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Monitor project costs, material requirements, labour allocation, and resource utilization.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.




Ensure proper documentation and adherence to project timelines.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when required.

Requirements:-
ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
7–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project management.
Solid knowledge of site execution, project planning, and construction practices.
Valuable leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple project activities and teams effectively.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
