Lead and manage the Quality Control department and QC team.
Ensure quality control of incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished medical devices.
Implement and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO 13485 and applicable regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable medical device regulations, including CDSCO requirements, wherever applicable.
Review and approve inspection reports, test reports, and quality-related documentation.
Handle non-conformities, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), root cause analysis, and customer complaints.
Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, work instructions, and quality procedures.
Coordinate with Production, QA, R&D;, Purchase, and Regulatory Affairs departments.
Manage supplier quality evaluation, incoming material inspection, and vendor audits.
Monitor product quality, process performance, and rejection rates, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure calibration, validation, and maintenance of quality inspection and testing equipment, as applicable.
Conduct internal quality audits and support external and regulatory audits.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
