About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement & Order Management Executive to manage end-to-end order processing and inventory sourcing from our suppliers. The role involves placing purchase orders, managing supplier quotes, entering order data accurately, and maintaining solid coordination between our sourcing and eCommerce operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
Place and manage purchase orders (PO) with suppliers based on inventory requirements
Handle order entry, tracking, and data management for all supplier and customer orders
Collect, compare, and negotiate quotes from vendors/suppliers for inventory sourcing
Maintain and update PO status, delivery timelines, and stock records
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors on order confirmations, delays, and discrepancies
Maintain accurate and organized records using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, trackers, etc.)
Work closely with the operations/warehouse team to ensure timely inventory replenishment
Flag stock shortages,



pricing issues, or order mismatches proactively

Requirements
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data entry, tracking sheets — mandatory)
Prior experience in order management, procurement, or supply chain (eCommerce experience preferred)
Positive communication skills to coordinate with suppliers/vendors
Solid attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Ability to multitask and manage multiple POs/orders simultaneously
Must be able to manage own commute for night shift hours (no cab facility provided)
Comfortable working fixed night shift timings — either 6:30 PM–3:30 AM or 5:30 PM–2:30 AM

Good to Have
Experience with inventory/order management software or ERP tools
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) and supplier sourcing

Note: This is a night-shift-only role with no day shift option and no transportation/cab facility. Candidates should be able to independently manage their own commute.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
