Painting Supervisor is required for an Engineering Industry in Ahmedabad.

Job Description

Should have worked in spray painting department for atleast 2+ years.

Should be familiar with measuring viscosity, coating thickness (wet and dry), surface preparation, mixing ratios of paints and hardeners, air spray and airless spray methods etc.

Should have understanding of different paint systems and standard requirements of NACE, SSPC, ASTM, ISO etc.

Should be able to analyze and take remedial action for coating failure.

Can understand coating specification of job, requirement of pre-preparation and surface preparation methods, equipments required to complete job.

Oversee workers engaged in painting, using hand tools & equipments.

Perform various in-process & final inspection tests of painting.





Maintain in-process production records.

Examine and inspect work in-progress.

Verify safety of men and machine.

Salary Range – Between Rs.30000 – Rs.50,000 – Negotiable based on knowledge and experience.
