The Operations Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day loan operations, maintaining customer records, verifying loan documentation, coordinating loan processing, and ensuring that operational activities are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
process loan applications and verify the completeness of customer documents.
Collect and maintain KYC documents, including Aadhaar, PAN, and other required records.
Enter customer and loan details into the company’s software.
Coordinate with the credit and accounts departments regarding loan approvals and disbursements.
Maintain loan files, repayment records, and customer databases.
Follow up on pending documents and loan application statuses.
Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records.
Handle customer queries related to loan documentation and application status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
Coordinate with branch staff and management to ensure smooth operations.

Interview Location:



The interview will be scheduled at our Head Office in Kollam. The selected candidate will be posted at our Thiruvananthapuram (Karamana) branch.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline; BBA, B.Com or equivalent qualifications preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer applications.
Positive communication, organisational, and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Previous experience in banking, finance, loan processing, or operations is an advantage.
