looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive with valuable knowledge of Tally and billing operations to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process customer invoices accurately using Tally.
Handle daily billing entries and maintain sales and purchase records.
Verify invoices, quotations, delivery notes and other billing documents.
Coordinate with the accounts, sales and dispatch teams.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate data entry.
Requirements
Qualification: B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
Valuable working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime is required.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
