We are looking for an active, target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate leads and close sales for rooftop solar installations across residential and commercial properties.

Candidates with prior sales experience in solar, electrical, real estate, banking/loans, or appliances are encouraged to apply. Full technical product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Visit prospective residential and commercial clients to present our solar solutions.
Check customer electricity bills and take basic roof measurements/photos.
Explain project advantages, cost savings, and government subsidy schemes.
Share price quotations, handle queries, and close bookings.
Coordinate with our technical team to schedule site installations.
Submit daily field visit reports and maintain customer follow-ups.

Requirements
Experience:



1–3 years in field/direct sales (Solar or electrical experience is a strong plus, but general sales background is welcome).
Skills: Solid communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam (basic English).
Mobility: Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving licence for local field travel.
Education: Plus Two, Diploma, or Degree in any stream.
