About the Role

We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive student admissions by generating leads, building community relationships, and developing recent admission opportunities for the school.

Key Responsibilities
Generate admission leads through apartments, residential communities, corporates, institutions, and local outreach.
Organise admission drives, parent meets, promotional events, and awareness activities.
Build robust relationships with parents, community leaders, and local organisations.
Maintain lead databases and ensure regular follow-ups.
Schedule campus visits and coordinate with the admissions team.
Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed admissions.
Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.




Prepare daily and weekly admission pipeline reports.

Ideal Candidate
2–5 years of experience in business development, field sales, or admissions.
School or education sector experience preferred.
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Confident personality with robust negotiation and convincing abilities.
Willingness to conduct field activities and meet admission targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
