Key Responsibilities
Conduct a comprehensive process audit and identify operational and compliance gaps.
Develop standardized SOPs, policies, work instructions, checklists, registers and forms.
Establish document version control, approval procedures and a centralized document repository.
Build manpower deployment, attendance, absenteeism, replacement and recruitment tracking systems.
Standardize client onboarding, site takeover, daily reporting, SLA monitoring, inspections and escalation procedures.
Develop employee handbook, disciplinary procedures, onboarding, training and performance management frameworks.
Establish KPI dashboards, management information systems and departmental accountability matrices.
Develop quality audits, safety procedures, statutory compliance trackers and corrective action systems in coordination with relevant specialists.
Train employees and supervisors and ensure implementation at client sites.
Conduct periodic audits and submit management reports on compliance, gaps, corrective actions and improvements.

Required Qualifications
Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, HR,



Operations or a related discipline.
5–8 years of relevant experience in facility management, workforce outsourcing, housekeeping, security or multi-location operations.
Proven experience in independently developing and implementing SOPs and operational policies.
Robust Excel, MIS, process mapping, reporting and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
