Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Turning machines as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Perform machine setting, tool changing, and offset adjustments.
Monitor machining operations and maintain required dimensions and tolerances.
Inspect components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Ensure quality standards, production targets, and cycle times are achieved.
Follow 5S, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance practices.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of CNC Turning machine operations and machining processes.
Understanding of G-codes, M-codes, and basic CNC programming.
Experience in tool setting, job setting, and dimensional inspection.
Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
