Job Summary

The Automobile Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure proper performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical and technical issues.
Diagnose faults using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair work as per company standards.
Repair and replace defective vehicle parts when required.
Carry out engine, brake, suspension, electrical, and other system repairs as per expertise.
Follow manufacturer guidelines and standard repair procedures.
Ensure all repair work is completed within the specified time.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and safe working environment.
Conduct final vehicle inspections and quality checks before delivery.
Report major technical issues and additional repair requirements to the Service Advisor or Workshop Manager.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.




Ensure proper handling of customer vehicles and maintain service quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Previous experience in an automobile workshop will be an advantage.
Knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ability to use workshop tools and diagnostic equipment.
Valuable problem-solving and technical skills.
Ability to work in a team and complete tasks within deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Quality and accuracy of repair work.
Number of vehicles serviced or repaired.
Timely completion of assigned jobs.
Minimum repeat complaints and rework.
Compliance with safety standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
