Job Title: Analyst

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide clients access to electronic liquidity through Multi-Dealer Platforms and Nomura Live.
Manage client onboarding and configuration for electronic trading platforms.
Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients requiring electronic trading support.
Provide first-line customer support and coordinate with Sales, Trading, and Technology teams to resolve issues.
Ensure electronic trading access is granted in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Deliver real-time support to ensure a seamless electronic FX trading experience.
Build robust relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain productive operations.

Requisites
Experience working within financial markets.
Knowledge of OTC and Cash FX products and markets.
Exposure to electronic trading platforms is desirable.
Experience in a market//'s client service or client support role is preferred.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
