We are looking for a responsible and well-organized HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources. The candidate should have good knowledge of payroll processing, MS Excel, PF deductions, employee attendance, and HR documentation.

The ideal candidate should have good email writing skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations and employee records.
Handle payroll processing and salary calculations.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Calculate PF deductions and maintain related documentation.
Manage recruitment, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Prepare HR reports using MS Excel.
Draft professional emails and handle HR-related correspondence.
Maintain employee files and support HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications




Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
Good knowledge of payroll processing and salary management.
Knowledge of PF deductions and basic statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Good email drafting and written communication skills.
Good spoken English and professional communication.
Robust organizational and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who is responsible, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling HR activities independently.

Salary: As per experience and skills
