We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee procurement and vendor management for custom exhibition stalls, pavilion setups, and display structures.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure stall fabrication materials including commercial plywood, MDF, acrylic, metal frames, laminates, vinyl prints, and lighting/electrical fixtures.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with raw material suppliers and trade vendors.
Coordinate with workshop production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials before expo setup deadlines.
Conduct regular on-ground visits to timber yards, hardware markets, and vendor facilities for material quality checks.
Maintain purchase logs, verify GST invoices, and track inventory for current and upcoming expo projects.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
