Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to drive customer acquisition and sales through calls, email, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build relationships with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls and digital channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM.
Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.




Coordinate with operations and other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Customer-focused and target-driven approach.
