Position: Back Office Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations and cost estimates.
Study BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents.
Prepare Sales Invoices and related documentation.
Coordinate with clients regarding quotations, POs, invoices, and payments.
Follow up with clients for approvals, work orders, and outstanding payments.
Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and project teams.
Maintain records, MIS reports, and documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate (preferred).
2+ years of experience in quotation preparation or back office coordination.
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
Experience in BOQ reading and quotation preparation is preferred.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
