About the Role

As Sales Specialist, you will be the link between our customers and our operations and technical teams. You will:
Handle customer enquiries and build robust relationships with buyers in our key sectors
Promote our stainless steel and alloy steel portfolio
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and negotiate pricing and terms




Coordinate with internal teams so orders are processed and delivered on time
Keep accurate sales records, track market trends and spot new business prospects
Contribute to sales forecasts and reports
Give product guidance, support customer-specific requirements, and take part in training or product presentations

What We’re Looking For
Robust communication and customer service skills
Proven B2B or industrial sales ability, including lead generation, negotiation and closing
Sales management and training skills to help the team perform, support onboarding and improve processes
Basic knowledge of metals or industrial products, and the ability to read technical specifications
Good organisational, analytical and MS Office skills, and a team player who meets targets
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is a plus, as is prior experience in metal distribution or industrial sales
