Job Role

We are looking for a Presales Specialist to handle client calls, collect property requirements, and coordinate with our sales teams. The role mainly involves understanding what buyers and sellers need, gathering property information, matching requirements with available options, and forwarding the details to the respective Residential or Commercial team.

Key Responsibilities
Call clients and understand their property requirements.
Collect details about budget, preferred location, property type, and other preferences.
Gather property information from buyers, sellers, property owners, and brands.
Match client requirements with available property options.




Share relevant leads and property details with the respective sales teams.
Follow up with clients to confirm their requirements and update information.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and property details.
Coordinate with the Residential and Commercial teams for lead handovers.
Keep client information updated in the CRM or internal system.
Provide regular updates to the team on call progress and lead status.

Requirements
Any degree is acceptable.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
Kannada and English language skills preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM tools.
Valuable listening, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to understand client needs and work with the sales team.
