Department: Stores | Reports to: Store Manager

Role summary: Handles day-to-day store transactions, record-keeping, and material handling support.

Key responsibilities
Receive material, check against challan/PO, and prepare GRN in the ERP
Issue material against approved requisitions and update records the same day
Maintain bin cards, stock registers, and proper material tagging and location
Assist in physical stock counts and report discrepancies
Track pending POs and follow up with vendors on delivery
Prepare purchase requisitions and gather quotations as directed
Maintain daily/weekly Excel sheets and reports
Keep the store clean, organized, and safe, following FIFO and safety norms
File and retain bills, challans, gate passes, and issue slips

Requirements
Graduate (Commerce preferred) or 12th pass with relevant experience; 2–4 years in a store/inventory role,



preferably in industry or mining
Working proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, sorting, filters, basic pivots)
ERP data-entry experience; rapid, accurate typing
Familiarity with industrial spares, fasteners, electricals, and PPE is an advantage

Skills: Accuracy, accountability, vendor coordination, basic English and Hindi communication, willingness to work at a plant/mine site.

Working conditions: Full time, on-site, with occasional extended hours during dispatch or stock audits.

Compensation: As per experience and company norms.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
